Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all final content before publishing. Customers are fully responsible for: accuracy of vehicle information, ownership or authorization to use uploaded media, compliance with laws and marketplace rules.

3. No Guarantee of Sales or Accuracy

CarPhotoWizard.UI.com does NOT guarantee: vehicle sales, increased profits, buyer interest, marketplace approval, lead generation results, or accuracy of AI-generated content.

4. AI & Third-Party Data Disclaimer

Some descriptions, videos, and enhancements may be generated using AI systems. Vehicle information imported from VIN decoders, listing links, or third-party sources may contain inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for verifying all generated or imported information.

5. Acceptable Enhancements

Enhancements are intended only for professional presentation, better lighting, cleaner backgrounds, and improved visual quality. We do NOT intentionally remove accident damage, hide defects, modify VIN numbers, alter odometer readings, misrepresent vehicle condition, or change title status.

6. No Fraud or Misrepresentation

Customers may NOT use our services to intentionally misrepresent or deceive buyers.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are generally final. Refunds may only be considered if the service was not delivered or a verified technical issue prevented completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

CarPhotoWizard.UI.com shall not be liable for lost sales, lost profits, marketplace penalties, listing removals, platform bans or restrictions, or indirect or consequential damages.
